Skill:

    15 min- HSPU kipping Progression
    -tripod to headstand
    -headstand to push up
    -headstand kick to wall
    Lv4- free HSPU with partner

WOD:

    for time
    25 HSPU For time
    Rest 2 mins
    25 hang squat cleans for time 155/115
    Rest 2 mins
    25 hspu for time

    5 min cap for each segment- move on regardless of how many reps you got.

    Lv1: box, 105/75
    Lv2: bar,135/95

    ***can also sub with less HSPU or regular push up
