This Saturday’s Schedule will be a little different to accomodate for the Paleo Challenge Info Session:
8am Lite N Tite
9am Regular CrossFit
10-10:30am Paleo Challenge Info Session

10:30am Regular CrossFit
11:30am Barbell Club

Strength:

    Back Squat 5×8 Every 3 min
    Start at 60-65% and increase as desired from there.

January Challenge Test:

    Find 1RM Max Strict Weighted Pull-up does not have to be in hollow position)

WOD:

    6 min AMReP
    50/40 Assault Bike Cal buy-in
    Then,
    AMReP Pull-ups in the remaining time.
