10 OHS @ 95/65
10 C2B pull-ups
Increase by 2 reps every 3 min until failure.
Lv1: 65/45, Jumping C2B
Lv2: 75/55, Pull-ups (no bands)
Once hit failure, go back to 10 reps and try to complete until round 4 (12 min) either by modifying the C2B or the OHS weight.
Everyone should be working until minute 12.
