WOD- Thursday, Feb 15

Time to sign-up for the CrossFit Games Open 2018!! Open to all levels! You do not have to decide on going Rx or Scaled until each WOD is announced. Detail on our schedule of hosting the Open will be announced next week! Sign-up HERE.

Strength:

    OHS 5×3 -start at 70%
    Every 2 min

WOD:

    CrossFit Games Open 15.2
    Every 3 min
    2 rds of:
    10 OHS @ 95/65
    10 C2B pull-ups
    Increase by 2 reps every 3 min until failure.

    Lv1: 65/45, Jumping C2B
    Lv2: 75/55, Pull-ups (no bands)

    Once hit failure, go back to 10 reps and try to complete until round 4 (12 min) either by modifying the C2B or the OHS weight.
    Everyone should be working until minute 12.
