WOD- Monday, Feb 26

Today at 5pm is the last chance to sign up for the CrossFit Games Open 2018 And submit your score! We are hosting the Open Thursday’s at 6pm and 7pm classes, and Saturday’s from 9:30-11:30! Please come during those times if you are signed up so you can be judged. Also, judging volunteers please come at those times to help out! Sign-up HERE.

Strength:

    Front Squat (From rack), Every 2 min
    3×5 @ 80% of 1 RM Clean
    3×3 @ 90% of 1 RM Clean

WOD:

    2 min on/ 1 min off- 6 rds
    10-10-8-8-6-6 HSPU (reps decrease every other round)
    Power Clean for reps (weight increases every other round)

    Women:
    Lv1: 45/55/65
    Lv2: 65/85/105
    Lv3: 75/105/135

    Men:
    Lv1: 65/75/95
    Lv2: 95/135/155
    Lv3: 115/155/185

    *Rx+- deficit HSPU
