    100m Run Each
    50 Du’s (or 150 Singles)
    100m Run Each
    50 American KBS 53/35
    100m Run Each
    50 Box Jumps 24/20″
    100m Run Each
    50 Burpees
    100m Run Each
    50 MB Sit-ups
    100m Run Each
    50 Russian KBS 53/35
    100m Run Each

9:30 and 10:30 am CrossFit

    Back Squat 5×5 Start at 75%

Partner WOD:

    12 min AMRAP
    One partner completes an entire round of:
    3 Bar MU/ 3 C2B pull-ups
    6 T2B
    9 Pistols

    While other partner holds BB Overhead
    Lv1: 95/65
    Lv2: 135/95
    Lv3: 165/115

    Then switch

    *can help partner get bar overhead if needed.*
