Brought to you by CrossFit Potrero Hill, the Clean Break Barbell Club is exactly what it sounds like: a break from CrossFit programming.
The Clean Break Barbell Club will help athletes interested in ANY of the following:
2. Compete in Olympic Weightlifting;
3. Become a stronger and more explosive athlete.
Our BBC has grown from within our CFPH community. We recognize that maximum proficiency in Olympic Lifting movements is challenging to accomplish in a standard CrossFit class format. We also have a growing interest within our community for more specialized training and competitive Olympic Weightlifting.

-Athletes with Unlimited CrossFit Memberships have free access to the BBC;
-BBC participation is for athletes who can perform lifting;
-New, interested Lifters should drop into our Saturday class @ 11:30AM;
-For Inexperienced Lifters, we recommend you start with Personal Training;
-Arrive 15 min ahead of class to warm up; first lift starts at class start time (see schedule)
