Every Saturday and Sunday morning at 11:30am and Wednesday evening at 6PM we host an introductory session where our aim is to answer the question “What is CrossFit?” During this one hour session, we’ll talk for the first 15-20 minutes of class to help athletes get a better understanding of why we do what we do, hopefully allowing new athletes to walk away with a better understanding of the goal of CrossFit. We feel it’s important incoming athletes understand the goal of CrossFit and make a determination on whether or not CrossFit is in line with their own personal goals. The remainder of the hour will be spent doing a typical CrossFit warm-up, WOD (Workout of the Day), and cool down. If you are still interested after the intro, the coach leading your class will be able to get you in the right direction on what the next step is for you.
