This option is ideal for athletes with an entry level fitness background and/or some exposure to the world of fitness and athletics, plus the availability to attend class at least once on each of these days scheduled for Elements:
– Monday @ 7AM and 7PM (Snatch Series)
– Tuesday @ 7AM and 7PM (Deadlift Series)
– Wednesday @ 7AM and 7PM (Clean Series)
– Thursday @ 7AM and 7PM (Press Series)
CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 5 ATHLETES, SIGN UP AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Athletes will learn the 9 foundational movements required to be able to participate in our regular class schedule. The Elements Membership option is designed to prepare athletes for our regular class schedule. Athletes enrolled in an Elements membership must complete all 4 Elements Series and must “test out” in order to upgrade their membership to our regular class schedule.
