Private ”Elements” is a 4-session course for those with either an entry level fitness background and/or some degree of exposure to the world of fitness and athletics. Athletes will learn the 9 foundational movements required to be able to participate in our regular class schedule. If you are interested in joining our affiliate, but cannot attend our regularly scheduled group Elements & Beginner class series and/or if you prefer a one on one experience, then this is the “on-ramping” option for you. Under this option, sessions are individually scheduled to meet your availability. A CrossFit certified coach will teach you the basic fundamental movements and methodology used at CFPH. This format for “on-ramping” athletes into CrossFit Potrero Hill is one of the safest and most efficient ways for athletes to learn.
