Every Saturday morning at 11:30am and Wednesday evening at 6PM we host an introductory session where our aim is to answer the question “What is CrossFit?” and take you through a safe, first CrossFit workout.
Private ”Elements” is a 4-session course for those with either an entry level fitness background and/or cannot make the group elements class times.
Athletes will learn the foundational movements of Olympic lifting and gymnastics required to be able to participate in our regular class schedule. Elements classes are held 4 days a week at 7pm Monday through Thursday.
If you are already familiar with CrossFit or Olympic lifting, this is an one-on-one session with a coach to be sure you are moving safely and correctly. We offer a complimentary class for CrossFit affiliate transfers…
