Why do you CrossFit?
It’s really simple, I crossfit because it is fun and really really difficult. Everything else is just a plus! Love the people!!
What’s your favorite WOD?
I have two WODs that are my favorite. The first one is 100 burpees for time. The second one is “Cindy” 20 min AMRAP of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats.
If you could be immediately transported anywhere in the world to perform a WOD, where would it be?
I would be transported to Tokyo, Japan.

My secret identity would be a mild mannered crossfit coach by day and I night I would be come a ninja but I would make sure to have Chuck Norris’ round house kick because I would want to be able round house kick some bad guy……….wait i would just be Chuck Norris because then I would be Chuck Norris.
How do you eat?
I would say I eat a modified version of paleo. As a carnivore I eat a bunch of meat and vegetables, but I have incorporated potatoes and rice. I am trying something out because when I was strict paleo I was not able to physically eat enough food to support my activity level.
What are your Interests & Hobbies?
I love spending time with my son and my family. Riding my bike around the city, playing softball, running, and of course Crossfit! Going to Giant’s games and attending all of my wife’s political parties. I also enjoy adult beverages from time to time (whiskey is my drink of choice!).
