Attentive, Encouraging, and Patient are some of the adjectives used by Wilmer’s clients to describe his coaching style. With over 5 year of CrossFit experience and certifications in gymnastics and Olympic lifting, Wilmer inspires his clients to take action while properly emphasizing safety and efficiency of movement.

Wilmer knows when his clients are ready to advance in movements, and is not someone who will have his clients to sacrifice good form for the sake of adding more weight.
