C. Vertical Pull/ Dip Triplet (Checkmark)

2×3-5 Ring Pull Ups w/ 3-5s Pause in Top

2×5 RMU Control and Strength – Prone Elbow Extension Slide and Lift Off

2×3-5 Pause Dips (5s Lower + 3s Pause in Bottom)

Finisher – Support Foundation Couplet (Checkmark)
