10 Strict Pull-ups + 20 Unbroken* Wall Balls 

Rest 1.5 min between rounds 

15 min cap

*There is no stopping to rest, or dropping of the ball within the 20 reps. If that happens, must do a 10 burpees penalty, then carry on.

Lv1: 15 jumping pullups, 15 UB wall balls, 14/10

Lv2: 5 strict/ 10 banded, 14/10  @ 10/9’

Lv3: 10 strict, 20/14, @ 10’/9’
