A + B: Every 90 sec – 8 sets (12 min)

A. 4 sets of: Clean High Pull + High hang squat clean + Front squat

Then, 

B. 4 sets of: Halting Power Clean+ Hang Squat Clean

C + D: Every 2 min for 8 sets (16 min)

C. 4 sets of: 2 Halting Squat Clean

Then

D. 4 sets of: 2 squat Cleans

Finish:

12 min to accomplish

3 sets 3 Front squats (off rack), all 3 sets must be at the same weight.
