STRENGTH:

8 Back Squats every 3 min for 5 sets.

Goal = complete at least 3 sets at 5-10# heavier than 8/11/20.

WOD:

10 min AMRAP

5 Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

30 Double Unders

Lv1: 65/45

Lv2: 95/65

Lv3: 115/75

Yes you may! You may combine your last power clean and front squat into 1 squat clean and it will count as both. Whoo-Hoo!
