The 2019 CrossFit Open has officially started!!Register HERE. This Friday we are excited to have Territory Meals providing food while we finish off the Open with 19.5!! Heats will run during class times, briefings will happen on the hour. Please inquire with a coach if you need to do the Open WODs but cannot make Fridays.

– AMRAP 4 V-ups + 4 Plate G2OH

Rest 2 Minutes

Alternate every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:

– Moderate Effort Bike
– AMRAP 4 Up/Downs + 4 Russian Swings
*Athlete’s choice for weights
