Then,

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:
8 Back Squats at 70% / 15-20lb more than last week

C.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
30 DU
12 DB box step ups 50/35

*One DB held anyway

10 OH plate situps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5,6,7,8… Cal Bike
