Tips on holding HS

-active shoulders

-active fingers

-hollow position

-neutral neck 

Then complete 3x:

Handstand shoulder taps or 20-30 sec handstand hold/ or 3 sets of HS walk practice

1 min rest between sets

WOD:

4 min AMRAP,  2 min rest- 4 cycles

3 HSPU/ 6 Double DB seated strict press (pick load)

6 Box Jumps (30/24″)

9 V-ups

Restart AMRAP each cycle

PEEK into the WEEK…

Thursday- De Haro Turkey Hustle
