Strength: Barbell Clean Complex

    20 min to work up to a heavy set

    Advanced = Clean Deadlift + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Squat Clean

    Beginner = Clean Deadlift + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

WOD: 4 Rounds for reps

    3 minute AMRAP, 1 minute rest*
    5 Power Clean @ 135/95
    10 Front Squat @ 135/95
    * Pick up where you left off in each round
