    EMOM for 10 min, complete the following for quality. Increase weight 5-10# each minute.
    Adv: 1 Squat Snatch
    Beg: 1 Power Snatch + 1 OHS

    10 min AMRAP:
    30 Snatch @ 75/45
    30 Snatch @ 135/75
    30 Snatch @ 165/100
    Max Reps Snatch @210/120
