Strength: Power Cleans

    Warm up to 75% of your 1RM clean then EMOM compete 3 power cleans for 8 min

WOD: 5 Rounds, each round is a 3 min AMRAP

    1 Rope Climb
    3 Power Cleans @ 135/95
    5 Weighted Overhead Sit Ups @45/25
    Rest 1 min
