Challenge of the Month test:

    Find 1 RM Turkish Get Up
    (12-15 min)

WOD:

    2 min on / 2 min off – 5rds
    10 Box Jumps 24/20″
    20 Air squats
    80 ft Box push across floor
    C2B pull-ups for reps

    (should have ~40 sec for pull-ups)
    Scaled to 5/15 box jumps/air squats
