Suggested Pre-WOD Mobility for home:

T-spine foam roll

-Lat foam roll

-Ankle mobility

WOD:

A.

Every 90 sec for 5 sets (7.5 min)

Snatch Complex:

High hang snatch+ Low hang snatch + Snatch

(get as low as possible, OHS not required but recommended)

2 min rest/ grab weights. Then,

B.

8 min to work up to a heavy 2 rep Snatch Pull

2 min rest/change weights. Then,

C.

8 min to find a heavy 1 rep Snatch

(power or squat, athlete’s choice)
