Offered at our Outdoor Location, Mighty Kids 101 is a class specifically designed for 7-11 year olds.
Next Mighty Kids 101 class will be held at 11:00am – 1:00pm (2 hours) on Sunday, September 18th
We will teach your child(ren) the fundamentals of athleticism, expose them to the joy of competition, and help them to navigate pressure and adapt to challenges in a supportive environment. Athletic preparation focuses on strength, balance, stability and speed. We will hone fundamental gymnastics movements, such as squats, push-ups and pull-ups. We’ll develop core strength, running and jumping technique, and the ability to safely work with odd objects, such as boxes, bands, tires, and medicine balls. There will be a special emphasis on the mental aspects of sport: focus, teamwork, emotional control, sportsmanship, and the ability to work under time pressure. The skills we develop in Mighty Kids are highly portable: your child can take them out into the world and use them to excel in their chosen sports and extracurricular activities.
Special note: When purchasing a Mighty Kids 101 pass you will need to create an account in your CHILD’S name along with all their information.
