3 Back Squats @ 85%

WOD:

5 rounds for quality 

-5 Tempo Ring Rows (3 sec negative, pull low down on the ribsĀ )

-Bulgairan Split Squats x 5 each leg, pick load 

-30 sec hollow hold 

PEEK into the WEEK…

Fri- Push dominant

Sat- Juneteenth WOD

Sunday- Fit Fest! (no class)
