Great job everyone who came to the Halloween Competition Yesterday! Sunday (today) should be your rest day. For everyone else:

Strength:

    Work up to a heavy Snatch Pull (85-90% of 1 rep snatch) then perfom:
    Every 90 sec
    Snatch Pull
    3-3-2-2-1-1-1

    Increase weight as desired. First set should be about 85%

WOD:

    1 mile Run
    Isabel (30 Snatches)
    1 mile Run

    (Any kind of Snatch is OK)

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 95/65
    Lv3: 135/95
