WOD: “July 4, 1774”

    7 rounds for time of:
    4 Handstand Push-ups
    1 Rope Climb, 15 ft
    7 Hang Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
    7 Push Press, 95/65 lbs
    6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

    *4 Burpee EMOM*- start with burpees

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 75/55

    (This weight should be light!)
