10 Plank bird dog
10 Press
10 Ground-to-sky

STRENGTH:

Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts

4 sets of 8 reps each leg

WOD:

Alternating Tabata: 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest- 8 rounds:

-RKBS

-Push Press (DB/KB or Barbell)

After completing 8 rounds of each (8 min total), rest 1 min then,

Tabata side plank hold (Alternate sides, 4 sets each side)
