2020 8-Week Team Nutrition Challenge!
Start the year fresh by resetting your eating habits by eating clean for 8 weeks and see the results!

What is it?
An 8 week challenge to eat “clean”- pick the style of your choice: Paleo, Keto, Vegan, RPE, Zone… First time trying a diet? We recommend the Paleo diet as a great starting point. The goal is to lower your body fat mass and either maintain or increase your lean body mass. You will be put into teams or 4-5 after you take the body composition test. During the 8 weeks you will be following your diet as strict as possible while logging your workouts in beyond the whiteboard. You and your team will be supporting each other throughout the 8 weeks (trust me, you’ll need the extra support!).
Challenge Winners:
The teams that have the greatest change in their body composition + log the most workouts will win 1 free month of Unlimited access. The individual male and female that have the greatest change in body composition will each receive 1 free training session with Alexis.
The “Dunk”- What is it?
Is it a hydrostatic body test that will find your body density by weighing you in water. Fitness Wave Nor Cal will be parking a special truck equipped with the tub of water to find your body test. Spots are limited, so sign up as soon as you can. Dexa body scans are also allowed. Just make sure that your start and end test are at the same test administrator.
Before and after pics: not required, but highly recommended.
Tip: Have Aeron (from Fitneswave- cool dude) take them for you at the start and finish dunks. Front/Side/Back (be sure to flex!).
Step 1: Get dunked. Schedule Test HERE.
Step 2: Forward results via email to Alexis (alexis@crossfitpotrerohill.com).
Step 3: Log workouts in beyond the whiteboard for extra team points. Each day logged = 1 point per person.
Step 4: Meet your team!
-Teams of 4-5 people with a captain
-Utilize each other to recipes and motivation
-Enjoy a team potluck dinner
Step 5: Get re-tested on March 7th!
