    complete 4 sets go as heavy as possible

WOD: For Max Reps

    2 min Knees to Elbow
    2 min Burpees
    2 min Power Clean @ 95/65
    1 min Knees to Elbow
    1 min Burpees
    1 min Power Clean @ 95/65

    For the WOD, it is a running clock with no rest just move from station to station and accumulate as many reps as possible.
