Strength B:

    Every 90 sec for 6 sets
    3 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch

WOD:

    3rds- 8 min cap
    200 m run
    10 Burpee Pull-ups


6pm Lite N Tite

WOD:

    2-minute intervals- 5 Cycles:
    8 Burpee Box Jump Over
    Row for calories
    Rest 2 minutes between rounds
