WOD:

    1-2-3 Rope Climbs (Scaled= 2-4-6 rope walks)
    9-15-21 Ball Slams 40/30

    2 min rest

    7 min AMRAP
    1-2-3 Wall Walks
    9-15-21 DB/KB Snatches 50/35

    After finishing reps 3 and 21 go back to the beginning (1 and 9)
