    Lv1- no penalty
    Lv2- 3 burpees
    Lv3- 10 burpees

Gymnastics:

    Alt EMOM 10 min
    Odd: 5 Strict HSPU @ hard
    Lv3- deficit
    Even: 5 strict T2B

WOD:

    10 min AMRAP
    1 Rope Climb/ 2 Rope Walks
    20 ft Handstand Walk/ 2 Wall Walks
    20 ft Burpee Broad Jump (back)
