The 2017 CrossFit Open has begun! Are you signed up yet? Scaled and Rx WODs available (you decide which one to do later). We will be hosting the Open on the next 5 Saturdays, starting Feb 25, 9:30am-12pm instead of having 9:30 and 10:30 Regular CrossFit class. You have until MONDAY, 2/27 @ 5 PM to SIGN-UP!     Rolling Pistol Progression
    -candlestick rolls
    -lower down on one leg
    -stand up on one leg

WOD:

    18 min cap
    5 rds for time
    30 Unbroken DU
    15 OH Sit-ups (45/35)
    10 Pistols

Cash out:

    100 Cal Assault Bike
    Partners switch as desired
