We will be hosting the Open on the next 4 Saturdays, from 9:30am-12pm instead of having 9:30 and 10:30 Regular CrossFit class.

    Tall Jerk Drills
    Long step drills

    Split Jerk- 10 min to find a heavy set of 2

WOD:

    3 min AMRAP/1 min rest-4x
    3 Power Clean
    6 Box Jumps 30/24
    9 Push-ups

    Lv1: 75/55
    Lv2: 115/75
    Lv3: 135/95
