    3-5 Rolling pistols each leg
    3-5 Weighted strict pull-ups/ neg pull-ups

WOD:

    1 min stations- 4x
    -Shoot thrus (no pushup/dip)
    -T2B
    -Bar MU/Box dips
    -Sled push/ tire flip
    -rest
