    Take 90% of 1rm then,
    70% + 5# x 3
    80% + 5# x 3
    90% + 5# x max reps

    Box jumps 24/20″
    Push-ups

    15 min cap

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 75/55
    Lv3: 95/65

    -OH Plate sit-up x15 reps

WOD A: 8 min AMRAP

    Single arm KB clean+ PP x 20 reps total (alt sides however desired)

    Air Bike
    20 sec max effort
    1:40 rest-5rds
