Complete the deck of cards for time.
Spade= Front Squats 45/35, or Jumping Squats
Diamond= Push Press 45/35, or Push-ups
Club= Deadlift or KBS
Heart= Sit-ups
Ace= 1 rep
Jack= 11 reps
Queen = 12 reps
King = 1 min hollow hold
Joker = 1 min rest
