George Floyd was an African-American man tragically killed on May 25, 2020 at the hands of now-convicted law enforcement officers in Minneapolis, MN. They restrained him by kneeling on his neck, face down, for almost 9 mins while his hands were cuffed behind his back. He was 46 years old and survives by his five children.

-Sub running with 1000m row or 100 DU (scale those two things as necessary)

-Sub barbell with DBs/ KBs (two if possible, but one will be fine too!)
