60-75% of 1 RM Squat Clean

1 Squat Clean

start at 75-80% and increase as desired

D.

Every 2 min x 6 sets:

Front Squat

5-5-3-3-1-1

Start at 75% and increase as desired

PEEK into the WEEK…

Monday- 5×5 Bench Press

Tuesday-Squat Snatch

Wednesday- Back squat wendler
