2 min Chin above bar hold/ Dead hang hold

3 min Handstand Hold

4 min Copenhagen Plank (2 min per side)

5 min Back Rack Hold @ 100% of BS 1 rep max
HS hold- options

Lv1- wall facing at an angle/ or pike with toes on box

Lv2- back facing wall

Lv3-wall facing as close as possible

Lv4- free standing
