20-30 sec Handstand Hold

1 Push Jerk + 2 Split Jerks (Every 2 min for 20 min
Start around 60% and increase as desired.
Can come from floor or rack. )

Week Preview

Mon- cleans + pull-up variations

Tues- Benchmark WOD. Light BB and 1 min stations

Wed- Back squat 5×8
