New Evening Schedule at CrossFit South Park

Starting Monday 1/27/25 classes & open gym times will be 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm.

South Park – Olympic Lifting

Snatch Balance + OHS (5×2 @ 50-60%)

Every 90 sec x 4 sets @ light

Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat (1 every 90 sec x 8 sets
60-75%)

Front Squat (5×3 @ 75%)

Good Mornings (3 x 10, pick load)
