    Warm up sets: x 12 x 8 x 6 x 4
    Working sets: 4 x 2. Maintain the same weight for all 4 sets.

WOD:

    Row 500 m 1x then,
    5 rounds
    10 Ring Push-Ups
    20 Double Unders
    then,
    Row 500 m 1x

    Scale: 10-15 min target
