Deadlift + Hang (Squat Clean) + Front Squat + (Squat) Clean (7 x 1

-3 min rest between sets.
-Find a heavy 1 rep over the 7 sets or stay at the same weight at multiple sets. )

For Rx- the last squat clean is touch and go.

Beginners- do not touch in go if it will compromise form

Week Preview

Tues- Ring push-up/ row

Wed- OHS/ Double Under
