New Evening Schedule at CrossFit South Park

Starting Monday 1/27/25 classes & open gym times will be 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm.

Please note this change is for SP only

Potrero Hill, South Park – CrossFit

WOD (6 Rounds for time)

6 rounds, each for time.

400 meter run

2 min rest after each round
On the whiteboard, post your slowest and fastest time.

Wed- Row/ DL/ burpee

Thurs- WAll balls/ KB Snatch

Fri- Ring MU

Sat- Back squats (heavy)/ high box jumps

Sun- light Chipper
