Snatch Ladder (AMRAP – Reps)
1 min for Max Snatch (stop at 5 reps), 30 sec rest/ transition to next weight.
Can move onto the next weight as long as you perform 1 rep. The workout is over when you cannot do 1 rep at the following weight.
Starting weights:
Lv1: 65/45
Lv2: 95/65
Lv3: 115/75
Increase by 10 lbs every round.
Squat snatch is encouraged but not required.
Score = total reps.
