WARM-UP

Dynamic Stretching (bootstrappers, leg swings, spider lunges...)
Then, 3 rounds:
3 Burpees
3 DB Deadlift + 3 DB Hang Power Snatch (right side)
3 DB Deadlift + 3 DB Hang Power Snatch (left side)

WOD:

90 sec ON, 30 sec REST - 6 rounds
10 Single Arm Devil Press (total)
Then, 
Shuttle runs for reps in remaining time 

Score= total amount of shuttle runs each round

FINISHER:

3 Rounds
1 min side plank right
1 min side plank left
1 min plank
