Spider Lunges (forward and back) x 8 each side

Ground to Sky x 8 each side

Windmills x 8 each side

WOD:

5 sets alternating

Weighted Cossack Squats 5-8 each side

Turkish Sit-up 3-5 each side

FINISH/ MOBILITY:

PNF- Style: 10 sec passive hold, 10 sec active hold- 5x for each side, each position

Hamstring Stretch
